The "Terme" Hotel offers an unforgettable stay in nature. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the interior exudes elegance and warmth. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect - surrounded by beautiful nature, with the proximity to interesting amenities adding a special charm. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, but I would especially like to mention the receptionist Emir and the manager Edita, who made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism are truly something rare. I would definitely recommend the "Terme" to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature, with excellent service and comfortable accommodation.

Edita's friendly welcome and conversation she called me by name, which made me feel even more at home and closer to the place.It was already my favorite last year too. A large bowl of welcome cake was provided in my room. I was very touched. Overall, all the workers I met they were kind and restaurant workers were also paying attention to me. I was last year for the first time and this year for the second time, because everything is perfect there and everybody it is so warm. the small stream in front of the hotel and the small bridges make the place even more fabulous. reception staff were very nice and helpful . They were professional in their dealing with customers and helpful in accommodating request especially Ameenah and Adita. Certainly, I’ll stay their again.

I liked the position of the hotel and also that it was very clean and comfy. The food from the restaurant was perfect. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would like very much to do it again.
